The housekeeping staff, especially Jakir, Mominul, and Jahirul, were exceptionally professional and always ensured our room was spotless, which was greatly appreciated. the Al Multaqa Restaurant offered a delightful array of international cuisines, perfect for both business lunches and intimate dinners. the elegant diplomatic-themed suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration. All in all, despite some areas needing improvement as mentioned in other reviews, our experience at Al Aqeeq Madinah Hotel was pleasant, and we would consider returning for its prime location and great hospitality.

we had an exceptional stay at Al Aqeeq Madinah. the service provided by Mounir and Taj ul Salaam was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. the location is fantastic, and the family suite was spacious and comfortable. the staff, including Badr, Hattan, and Asem, provided exceptional service and even assisted us in viewing CCTV footage when we lost a personal possession. the staff service was beyond our expectations, and we would rate it 10/10.

I chose Al Aqeeq Madinah for its close proximity to the Al Masjid an Nabawi, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access and the beautiful coffee shop and pastry corner located on the lobby floor. The hotel's own mini-market, restaurants, and shops also added to the convenience of my stay.

Rooms and toilets were small, and the cleaning service could have been more prompt. Limited late-night dining options.
